Getting Started
Step 1: Introductory Call (Complimentary)
It all begins with a short, friendly call to discuss your goals, timeline, and expectations. We’ll share more about how we work and determine if we’re a fit for your project.
Step 2: In-Home Consultation
Next, we’ll visit your home to understand your vision and explore what’s possible. We’ll document the space, gather project details, and outline the next steps in your personalized proposal.
Step 3: Budget & Project Overview
You’ll complete a brief, customized budget questionnaire to help us prepare an accurate starting point. Our internal team reviews your project and presents a project overview and preliminary budget, giving you a clear path forward.
After Signing Pre-Construction Agreement
Step 4: Planning & Scheduling
We’ll build a detailed roadmap with timelines, milestones, and deliverables—so you know exactly what to expect and when.
Step 5: Schematic Design
At this stage, we’ll develop initial floor plans and general exterior elevations, set a high-level budget, and collaborate closely with our trade partners to ensure feasibility.
Step 6: Design Development
Our design and pre-construction teams refine floor plans, materials, and finishes—ensuring your vision stays aligned with your investment.
Step 7: Preliminary Estimate
We prepare a comprehensive preliminary estimate, including options and allowances as a tool to define the final design.
Step 8: Construction Documents
We’ll prepare fully detailed, buildable, and permit-ready drawings, along with finalized specifications and selections.
Step 9: Final Bidding & Construction Agreement
We’ll walk the site with key trade partners, confirm final pricing, and present your detailed Construction Agreement—the final step before construction begins.
Our Goal
To make the process as transparent, organized, and enjoyable as possible—so you can focus on the excitement of what’s being created, not the stress of how it gets there
